What Causes Pricking Sensation In The Right Leg While Having Varicose Veins?
pain in right leg when touched on inside knee (feels like a bruise would). no swelling, but pretty bad pins and needles when standing after lying down for a while. warming sensation in foot comes and goes. I have varicose veins in that leg, could that be the problem?

Dull aching pain and needle sensation is a common symptom of varicose vein.
As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a general surgeon and get it corrected.
