hi Doctor,i have needle pricking pain in chest left right both side back pain upper left side of spine sensation in left shoulder at arms too my triglycerides high gastric acidity problem i am taking medicines since 4 months for gastric and reduce triglycerides pls answer what is cause

Well come to HCM
I can under stand your concern, as long as the chest pain is concern it may be due to many reasons and the most common is the acid peptic disease beside this it can be due allergic condition, muscular spasm, but most worry part is cardiac disease and for that I would suggest to get done the EKG, x-ray.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks, try to avoid the spicy food, alcohol, smoking, heavy meal prior to bed, try to stay away from stress, hope this information helps, take care.
