What Causes Prickly Feeling In Urethra?

Hi,



My 4yrs daughter is feeling prickling in her urethra and sometimes itching, she is crying lot because of prickling sensation. what could be the problem? recently she had severe cold and fever and took antibiotics, expectorant medicines.
