Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using healthcaremagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

In my opinion it is due to nerve compression or a mild stage of sciatica which is nerve coming out of spine and supplying your leg oversitting may cause its compression .
It is releived by some relaxation , avoid sitting on hard objects for a long time , pain killers , muscle relaxants , hot massages with topical gels , B12 multivitamins are more than effective with such cases if not i suggest CT , MRI to exclude spinal herniation .

Please click THANK YOU and consider a 5 star rating with some positive feedback if the information was helpful. Hope the above information helps you,
Any further clarifications feel free to ask.
