What Causes Problem In Bowel Movement?

good evening my names clark and recently i wento get a medical checup and i had a blood test my doctor told i had an intestine infection to stay away from greasy foods every time i bowl i feel like im throwing fireballs out !its like a burning swollen sensation ive been reading about this so far what do you suppose it maybe? Im 43 6feet weigh 275 and dont really have a know medical history
