What Causes Problems And Weakness After Urination?

my name is umar....age 18....54kg......sir i have problem of having drops after urination....the drops are of no colour (transparent)...and i feel weakness a lot after urination...weakness is also felt whole day but greater is after urination.....i m very much tensed please please help me.....i have contacted a medical specialist and he directed me uricon tablets ....i have used them a month but no advantage ..1 to 2 puss cells are seen in urine test
