What Causes Prolonged Dark Vaginal Bleeding?

Hello there, So i ve been vaginal bleeding in the last 5 days,the bleeding in the first two days was dark coloured and just a little,but after two days till today(so 3 days now) it is heavier and the color is dark red.I ended my periods 15 days ago.The day before i started to bleed during the night I had this sharp pain in the right side under the rib cage that went in the left side and stoped.So now i don t have any kind of pain i m just bleeding.Could you please help me?P.s: I m feeling so weak

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
A vaginal swab may be needed to rule out conditions like bacterial vaginosis or yeast.
