What Causes Prolonged Diarrhea, Weight Loss And Weakness?
My husband has had diarrhea for 4 months straight, blood test and stool samples have shown nothing, he is having a colonoscopy tomorrow. He is losing weight, weak and goes between being tired all the time to not being able to sleep for days. What could this be?

As per your history, it may be IBD.
As all investigations are normal so kindly do colonoscopy and CT abdomen and pelvis to rule out any possibilities. You can take tab. Loperamide, Electral powder, multivitamin. Keep yourself hydrated.
