What Causes Pubic Hairs In 5 Month Baby?

My daughter has just turned 5 months old and for months has been growing light blonde fine pubic hair! We have noticed knots in her breasts and today while feeding her I noticed fine black hair on her nipples, I was wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about? Have you seen this in infants? Is it urgent enough that I need to take her to her peditrician soon?

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...I feel what you are quoting is unusual. Fine blonde pubic hair is understandable but not knots in the breast area. I suggest you take her to the pediatrician as soon as possible. But do remember that I am suggesting this because I have not examined the baby personally. I do this because we should not delay if there is an endocrinological problems.
