What Causes Pulsating Feeling On Mid Back And Shortness Of Breath?

I have had a pulsating feeling in my left mid back for about a week and I get dizzy,light headed, short of breath, and my chest gets tight when I workout. I went to the doctor and they did a chest x ray and said I was fine and thought I had bronchitis but it hasn t gone away?

Welcome, after going through your problem myview that you might have asthma/ chronic bronchitis /ankylosing spondylitis.
For diagnosis please have following tests done xRay Dorso lumber spine,cbc,esr,crp, HLAb27, and spirometery for lung volumes, have an ncct chest done. Meanwhile take rest , take good nutritious diet, morning walk , aerobic excersises(if tolerable).
Consult puimologist and orthopaedician.
