What Causes Pulsating Sensation At My Anal Area?

I have a pulsating, and very annoying sensation at my anal area. There are no signs of blood or pain. Should I be concerned?

I am a 66 year old female (5 ' 2''...138lbs.)

Since my last blood tests, the results were good.
