What Causes Pulsating Sensation In Stomach, Chest Pain And Diarrhoea?

pulsating in stomach after eating ,chest pains as well and diareha for 2 months off and on, mostly on.had colonoscopy and only diverticulosis, had barium upper gi, nothing except gerd.had ultra sound showed maybe slight fatty liver,did nuclear stress test nothing wrong.i feel sick have a headache most days and cant figure this out, my urine is also dark yellow and strong smelling at least twice a day. im5'9 and weigh180lbs and 33 yrs old male and this is driving me crazy,i'm not used to bein sick never have. please some answers

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
You have multiple problems as mentioned, pulsating pain in stomach after eating, chest pain, diarrhea all for 2 months; known diverticulosis and GERD are the cause and effects too.
Since diarrhea and pulsating sensation are the main presenting symptoms I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tested for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid and such tests as may be needed on clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
CT scan of abdomen.
Colonoscopy and upper GI Endoscopy.
All these will give a proper diagnosis and a plan of full fledged management.
This will help you get over almost all the problems as you have mentioned.
Also needed is to avoid stress and anxiety; take care about the foods and beverages that you consume, avoid the instigating or enhancing factors.
