What Causes Pulsation In Stomach Along With Nausea?

I have a thumping heart-beat type of pulsation in my stomach since December (when I had food poisoning). Could this be the Vagus nerve that is still reacting (especially after exercise) and making me nauseous? Are there are any alternate excercises or medications I should try to calm it down? OR could this condition be a symptom of IBS?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having chronic GI infection followed by food poisoning after taking contaminated food.
You might require one course of medicine like ofloxacilin, metronidazole course for 5-7 days.
After infection controls, irritation of bowels will be alright and you will feel better.
Ok and take care.
