What Causes Pulsations In Lower Abdomen During Early Pregnancy Stage?
My lasst menstrual cycle was 4/21/11. I conceived on 5/5/11. I am noticing the usual changes in my body due to early pregnancy, but have noticed one that I am unfamiliar with. Is a pulsating, throbbing feeling in the low abdomen common in the first few weeks? I would describe it as the same as the feeling of the baby moving during the third trimester.
