What Causes Pulsations On Left Side Of The Stomach?

Hey I'm really scared I have been feeling a constant beating on the left side of my tummy n I'm only 13 n I'm really scared I can c it moving n I don no wat it is. At the moment I'm sick with the runs me n my brother have it could this be a part of it ??? I'm really scared

Thank for asking hope, it is the nonspecific kind of symptoms and it may not be due to any illness but it is due to phobia so try to come out of this no need scare about this, I would advise you to have a word with your parent instead, no need to worry about this, do not try to think about any bad ideas, no need to assume in wrong way but have word with your parents this information helps.
