What Causes Pulsing Vein On Temple?

I have been having a throbbing or pulsing artery or vein in my left temple for about two weeks. i have also had the same type of issue in my right lower abdomen. i can feel and see it happening for both. no pain in either but its hard to focus on anything but the pulsing/throbbing

Hi,
Are you thin built? You should seek help of a Doctor or your GP who can confirm whether these are normal arterial pulsations or whether the arteries that you feel are enlarged or ectatic. As long as they are painless there is largely nothing to worry about. But getting an examination done would be better.
If all is fine, then probably you will have to get used to the odd feeling and not be perturbed by it.
