What Causes Purple Bruise Under The Breast With Headache?

Hello Doc, I woke up with a peculiar bruising in the torso of my body under my breast in the upper part of my stomach the size of a pinky nail and they are asymmetrical color purple? the day before I had a major headache in the parietal frontal right side of my head. But I have nothing that could have happened to me in this are for the bruising

Hello,

As per your case history, you are having Intertrigo, my treatment advice is:

1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral Fluconazole, Itraconazole and terbInafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

It may be ecchymosis. There may be some cause. Investigations should be done to find the underlying disease.
