What Causes Purple Spots Below The Knee In A Child?

hi my 5 month old baby has a few purple spots below her knee down to her ankle. yesterday she was not heeself she cryed solid for about 2 hours i got her settled and she seems fine today. she is sleeping a bit more today than normal. do you think i should get the rash looked at?

Hello! Thank you for writing! I recommend you to visit a pediatrician. It can be a blood disorder if so thrombocytes, Hemorragic time, aPTT, PT, coagulation time should be measured, or a dermatological disorder. But it is important that this should be seen by a doctor and a total examination is needed.
