What Causes Purplish Bump On Forehead After Hitting On Grocery Cart?

my child hit his head on grocery cart...it form a goose bump egg on fore head.. but in the next day it shows purpish on forehead and both of his inner eyes...is this normal...he has not had a concussions..vomiting..double visions..muscle coordination and no headaches..it happen six days ago...

Hi,
It seems that he might be having hematoma following injury on forehead.
Now it has gravitated down in the eyes.
Nothing to worry, gradually it will be absorbed.
Apply ice pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
