What Causes Pus Cells In The Stool Of A Baby?

my child (boy) one and half month old.his stool shows pus cells (8-9)and rbc (4-5).the doctor prescribed ziprax .but my child was was more uncomfortable and the pus cells and rbcs increased.then he suggested zanocin.but of no use ,my child was more uncomfortable this time.after telling this to the doctor he stopped all the medicines.the stool culture shows negative results.i (mother) used to suffer from e coli.during the pregnency my pus cells were negligible..but after delivery the infection has reoccured.please help me with ur suggestion.

Only stool report should not be treated and chased.If there is no fever and loose motion then this report could be regarded as normal.Child could be uncomfortable due to other reasons like gas or some other problem which should be found out and treated
