What Causes Pus Cells With 25-30/hpf?

hey doc i got my urinalysis today and its says RBC 0-2/HPF pus cells 25-30/HPF bacteria moderate epithelial cells rare color yellow transparency turbid PH 6.5 and specific gravity 1.020 is it really bad am took anti bec injection today and ciprofloxacin tablet 2 in a day how long it takes to heal and does it will come back pus cells

Hi thank you for querry,
yeah its a Urinary Tract infection.
you continue the ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days.
along with citrosoda sarchet twice a day.
drink plenty of fluid along withcitrus juices.
if you feel pain you can take any NSAIDS pain killer.
the count will be down when the infection over.
after treatment course completed you go for urinanalysis again.
