thank you. I m having a queasy stomach with some dizziness. thursday I woke up very dizzy, took day off of work, went to the clinic and they tested my urine. I thought it might be dehydration, and they concurre dbecause they didn t see anything abnormal in urine test, no viruses or bacteria, she said. However, now I heard someone at work was out because of a GI bug that causes vertigo and nausea. Friday and Sat. I thought I was better, but then Sat. evening I started feeling a bit queasy and slightly dizzy again. And I m feeling it now. Sorry thought this was free--will try my regular dr. next. Thank you.
Hello Thank for asking to HCM I appreciate your concern, as long as the dizzy fee or vertigo is concern most of the time it is due to vestibular dysfunction and it could be due to infection viral or bacterial injury, and systemic disease, initially it can be managed with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, if the symptoms remains as it is then it may demands the investigations, some time it could be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab omeprazole 40 mg once in day, hope this information helps
