What Causes Quivering Of Lips And Tingling Of Fingers?

when i run or do anything overly physical, that is above what i normally do, my lips start quivering and i lose control over my lips and am unable to move my lips sometimes. it also makes my hands curl up and my face and hands tingle. it doesnt happen all the time, just occasionally..but it just happened..my lips started quivering and my fingers started tingling. and i also get wheezy. what could that be..should i go to the hospital and get it checkied out? i was in the air force and they did a nerve study and my nerve conduction was normal
