What Causes "free Pelvic Fluid" In A Four Year Old Boy?

What causes "free pelvic fluid" in a four year old boy, as noted on an MRI?

He has a G/J tube, is fed by J, but we use the G for meds. Wondering if there is any connection..and also if this "free pelvic fluid" is the cause of his constant stomach ache

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It all depends on the volume of the free fluid as normally itself some amount of free pelvic fluid is expected. It should not be judged isolatedly and always correlated with the totl clinical picture. If he is otherwise his normal self, I don't think you should worry. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
