What Causes Radiating Pain From Hip To Back Through Genitals?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
It could be a kidney stone. He needs to drink 2-3 litres of water daily. Drink Syrup Alkaline citrate 3 teaspoons thrice a day. Get an Xray and ultrasound KUB and consult a Urologist.
