What Causes Radiating Pain In The Neck, Shoulder And Upper Arm?

I VE DEVELOPED A SEVERE PAIN THAT EXTENDS FROM MY NECK THROUGH MY SHOULDER AND INTO MY UPPER ARM ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BODY. THE PAIN IS SIMILAR TO WHAT I WOULD GUESS A PULLED MUSCLE FEELS LIKE. BUT IT HAS CONTINUALLY GOTTEN WORSE, EVEN WITH ADVIL. IT STARTED GRADUALLY ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO, AND HAS FELT WORSE SUBSEQUENT TO A MASSAGE.
