What Causes Radiating Underarm Swelling And Pain And Mouth Ulcers?

I've had left radiating underarm pain x2-3 weeks. My heart and lungs were ruled out with cxr and EKG. I do have swollen lymphnodes, I was send home on 10 days of Keflex. Since completing the course of ABO's I now am developing right sided underarm swelling and pain, and mouth ulcers. Any suggestions for further proceeding would be helpful. Thanks! 29 year-old female, 5'9" 240#. Had VSD repair in 1982, hx of kidney stones stent placement in 2006 for obstruction of kidney stone, c-section 2008 & 2009. Current meds: topamax, imipramine, propranolol for control of migraines.
