What Causes Random Twitching Near Belly Button?

past week ive had randome twitching of my belly near my belly button. it doesnt hurt and its very random. i have started working out again and i am pretty sure im not pregnant i am on the mirena. ive been on it for 3 years plus i have been pooping everyday which is abnormal for me

your symptoms could be related to any of following
stomach hyperacidity
protein rich diet upon which acts the intestinal bbacteria and produces gas
it may be related to displacement or sometime even in normal position it may causes abdominal pain

please visit your gynaecologist your examination and PPI group of medicines like pantoprazole
Decrease protein rich food like meats egg or grams

have plenty of fluids fresh fruits and vegetables
