General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Random vaginal bleeding is commonly due to anemia, poor general health, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalance, side effects of contraceptive pills, polyps, fibroid, endometriosis, PCOS, etc.

You are suggested to visit a gyne & get physically examined. Get assessed, get blood tests & Imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

In the meantime take nutritious food, food rich in protein, calcium, iron & magnesium. You may need hormonal treatment.

Take uterine tonics & regestrone (norethisterone) to regulate your menstruation cycle under a treating gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
