What Causes Rapid Heart Rate For Hours After Exercise?

I have been experiencing continued rapid heart rate for hours after exercise. 100-110 bpm even 5 hours afterward. I feel great during the workout and I don t really notice any symptoms or discomfort. I just know this is not normal and far different from what I used to experience of returning to below 80 bpm even after running 5 miles or so. I am not in the condition I used to be, but I believe this may be some type of exercise induced arrhythmia, as I closely monitor my blood pressure and heart rate and this only happen after exertion that maintains my heart rate above 130 for a average 20 minute workout period. What do you think?

As you describe, it may be due to the anemia, or hypertension, or obesity.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G, echo, and thread meal test to find any cardiac problem.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
