What Causes Rapid Heart Rate In A Child?

my 5 yr old niece in icu right now her heart rate is was at 240. they did blood work and cant find anything. numbers were good today and tonight she had a relapse heart rate shot up to 230 and all she did was sit and watch tv in the hospital and ideas/
