General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be allergic in origin. Allergy mostly continues till the allergy is removed or anti allergic medications remove it. Your symptom of chest tightness (bronchitis)with dry cough demand early medical intervention. Consult your family physician, get needful blood counts done to confirm to be followed by specific medicines to relieve you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
