What Causes Rash On Chest,back And Neck?
I'm 28 years old, and have a rash that started on my chest a couple of weeks ago, and then I noticed it all over my back and neck. It itched pretty darn bad, and the skin almost looks like it's peeling. What could this be, and why is it spreading in a matter of days?

Hi,
According to your complaints it seems to be an eczematous rash, drug rash or photosensitive rash. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the skin twice daily and take anti-histamine like tablet cetirizine 10 mg once daily.
