What Causes Rash On Stomach, Knees, Arms And Cheek?

Hello, my 9 month grandson all of sudden has a rash on his stomach, knees, arms and on his cheek...should I be concerned or could it be he came into contact with something that caused this? He did not have this rash earlier today...now, he has it this evening???

it may be allergic to something .it may be resolve itself or if it may causing itching and baby cried then u have to take cetrizine 2 ml two times a day for 1 day
