It may be related to
fever. Sometimes rashes are associated with fever. You also need to go for the complete
liver evaluation and that will make it clear if there is some issue with the
Hepatobiliary system as that is also a cause of fever and rash in alcoholics.
You need some tests from laboratory:-
LFTs
HBsAg and Anti.HCV both by
ELISA.
Ultrasound of right upper quadrant of abdomen with special focus on liver, bladder and biliary passageways.
I refer you to
consult a Gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment as needed.
