What Causes Rashes On Forehead Even With Little Sweating?
when I sweat, even if its just a little bit my forehead starts breaking out in this splotchy rash type thing but once I cool back down it goes away, I know its not acne, and sometimes its itchy but its really embarrassing and I would like to know if theres anyway to fix this and keep it from happening

It seems to be an allergic reaction to sweat. I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine once daily for 2 weeks.
