General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to dermatitis.

You can apply hydrocortisone ointment, give her syp citrizine in case of itching after pediatrician consultation.

It may require further evaluation, for that blood investigations, complete heamogram, blood culture should be done after detailed medical examination and pediatrician consultation.

Till then keep the area dry and clean, maintain proper hydration and hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and General Physician.
