Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Flucloxacillin is a Penicillin group of antibiotic and the symptoms of vomiting, lethargy, shakes, rise in temperature are all due to the allergic reaction to the antibiotic and you should not take it again to avoid the symptoms..
As antibiotics are suitable to treat bacterial infection, therefore in case if you have any infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics you can take other groups of antibiotics like Cephalosporins, Fluoroquinolones etc..
But my suggestion would be to first consult an Allergist and get evaluated and he can do allergic testing to rule out the antibiotics that are safer for you and will not cause allergic reaction and you can take them without any problem..
As far as Flucloxacillin is concerned you will have to avoid taking it for lifetime to avoid allergic reaction..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
