What Causes Rectal Bleeding And Pain In The Anus?

hi i am having alot of aching pain up my bum thats also affecting my thighs. i constantly feel i have to empty my bowels but when i do its a blood clot and blood with mucus. my stools have been soft for some time now so i dont think it is piles and i dont suffer with constipation. this started 2 days ago and i feel it is getting worse. i have also been feeling quite tired lately too

The symptoms see to be related to hemorrhoids.

I recommend using anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.

I also recommend soaking in warm water for 15 minutes for relief.

If the symptoms continue I recommend seeing a proctologist for further evaluation and treatment.
