Off and on constipation with up to a week with no bowel movement, going on for sometime. Bleeding gums when brushing teeth. Bloating or noticeable swelling of the stomach or lower abdomen area. Stools are always soft. Had incident last Monday with bleeding in rectum which could have been from a hemroid in the colon. Blood was bright red but clot was dark red. Felt absolutely drained, color was pale, ended up in the ER and was referred to my PCP which I can t see until Monday. All week haven t been able to eat much at all. Have a feeling of feeling full all the time, just not hungry. Been sleeping a lot, too. Urine changes color when drinking coffee. Been staying hydrated.
