What Causes Rectal Bleeding Post Urination?

Last night I used the restroom to pee and when I wipe myself I saw a nickel size clot of blood then started bleeding it stopped bleeding for a while then this morning I steel bleed but just a little it comes from my resume with no pain it comes from rectum LLK

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Bleeding per rectum without pain can be due to ruptured hemorrhoids or cancer.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get an actual examination done, per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy, Colonoscopy, CT scan if cancer is suspected.
If there are bleeding piles get operated after proper clinical evaluation, tests of blood, urine and stool.
Take laxatives.
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Probiotics and multivitamins.
If cancer is diagnosed the obvious treatment will be as per the staging in a Cancer institute.
