What Causes Rectal Bleeding With Burning Sensations?

Hi doc.. I have seen blood in my stool before but never like this ..this time. I felt a burning feeling when it happened and the stool it self had blood in it...and all so I don't no why but my pens has been leaking clear stuff..and a little blood every now and again....I got and std check and It came back great...Wht could it be

Dear since when you're suffering from this problem??Have you have any mucous?? May be possible with hemorrhods with UTI.
Both may cause blood in stool and urine It may be due to dysentery or chrons disease with fistula formation.
Get stool examination is done and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
