What Causes Rectal Itching And Redness With Blood In Stool?
I feel that it is starting symtoms of piles like 1. itchiness around the anus 2. the area of anus is going to red day by day 3. some times can say i have seen twice time blood in toilet during fresh 4. After going to the toilet, a feeling that the bowels are still full. 5. some wound around the anus ( 1 or 2 )

As per your symptoms, You have rectal bleeding. It is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3.Infection of intestines
4.Rarely it might be colon cancer
Most common cause of hemorrhoids & fistulas is constipation, hard stool passage, excessive straining during defecation,etc. If constipation is there fibres in diet should be increased. Laxatives can also be used.
