What Causes Rectal Pain And Bleeding?
Hello, I just started having these symptoms today: pain in my rectum, protruding what looks like possibly external hemorroids, red blood on the toilet paper and quite a bit of pink discharge in my underwear. Purchased some cream at the pharmacy and applied that several hours ago. Still have pain and discharge. Thank you

well first of all, dont do self-medication....its dangerous sometimes....
now, pain in rectum and bleeding can be due to various reasons like piles, fissure, fistula, even some rectal polyps and tumors....but it is impossible to tell without examining you...
i would suggest you to visit a GENERAL SURGEON and get checked thoroughly...he might run some tests and do some investigations...
