What Causes Recurrent Body Tremors And Tooth Grinding?

i am 69 yrs old and have noticed that I am always moving. If sitting I find myself rocking slowly. If I am lying on the couch watching tv I have my arm out and moving it in different ways. I also find that if I stop my motions, weather it be rocking or arm movement and think ok I can sit here without moving, then I realize I am grinding my teeth.Wha s up with that. And I was never diagnosed with autism.
