Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Regarding your concern, I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your symptoms (epilepsy seizures, orthostatic hypotension, cardiac arrhythmia, thyroid dysfunction).
For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests:
- an EEG
- a cardiac ultrasound and an ECG Holter monitoring
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose for hypoglycemia
- thyroid hormone levels
- complete blood count for anemia.
- a Head Up Tilt test for orthostatic hypotension.
You should discuss with your doctor on these tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards!
