What Causes Recurrent Fluttering Sensation In The Head?

For the past two days I have been getting a fluttering sensation on the top left side of the head that is coming and going occassionaly. Today I notice my nose inside is itchy and feels dry . The fluttering bit causes my ear to pain and the left cheek to feel a little stiff.

Dear you may be suffering from head twitch or anxiety neurosis which may lead repeated episodes of scalp or cranial muscles twitch give fluttering sensation.

Other possibilities like excessive caffeine drinks, alcohol, smoking may aggravate it.

psychosomatic condition also may aggravate the problem.

Avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid caffeinated drinks.

Use anxiolytic medication,do yoga and exercises.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
