Complicated health history. Epilepsy, autoimmune complications, multiple DVT s (arms only) and PE s secondary to the use of Yaz for chronic ovarian cysts, which resulted in HIT, CHF, and liver complications, triple negative breast cancer dx at age 37 with no family hx and negative genetics test. Current issues: Just finished month long holter monitor- doc said chest pain is being caused by PVCs and to reduce stress. Had an endoscopy on Monday for acute stomach and esophagus pain with swallowing, worse when not eating- still waiting on biopsies to come back to confirm h. pylori infection; dx was chronic gastritis and build up of scar tissue in esophagus (which was dilated). I have worked as a therapist in acute psych most of my life, just turned 41, and am currently in my final year for my BSN. My concern today...having recurring pain in the anterior portion of left axillary region. It is a dull pain, not quite throbbing, but close, and it comes and goes over the last 2 days, but seems to be becoming more constant. Does not feel like a clot, but I could be wrong. No palpable mass. Definitely does not feel like anything structural- muscle/bone/connective tissue. It hurts worse when I feel the PVCs, and especially when they are closer together. Should I be concerned? Hoping this is nothing :-) Thank you in advance for your assistance! ~Ally Harmon
