Hello,

Sorry about your health condition. Many causes for pancreatitis like peptic ulcer disease or alfa 1 antitrypsin deficiency or gallstones or viral infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. But take care about your health. Take fat-soluble vitamins if necessary. Take iron tablets with calcium supplements.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. A low-fat diet, continue Creon tablet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
