Hi,

I understand your concern.

The recurrent rashes on the back of your neck could be due to allergy to possible:
- detergent you might be using
- medications you are taking
- fungal infection

I advise to consult with dermatologist as physical examination of the site is needed together with skin scrapping examination under microscope to rule out fungal infection or other skin pathologies.

Depending on the cause, the appropriate treatment is recommended. Meanwhile, I advise to apply hydrocortisone cream locally together with taking oral anti-histamines (Benadryl).

Wish fast recovery.
